These short 1-2-3 hour courses are designed to engage children from the age of 3 upwards, and also meet the 2020 National Cirriculum across England & Wales.

2 hour session (age 7-11)

Designed to build confidence where a child may have to manage emergencies, particularly in the absence of an adult. Lots of practical learning and fun!

Covers CPR, burns, bleeds, and broken bits. Includes calling for help.

3 hour session - (age 11-16)  

The course covers choking, CPR and the use of the Automated External Defibrillator, burns, bleeding and broken bits!

Suitable for those who may be thinking about babysitting or looking after younger siblings in the absence of an adult. The course can be tailored to meet the needs of the group.
